Day 1: Arrive Siem Riep (../../..)
Upon arrival in Siem Reap
international airport and welcome by our tour guide, we will transfer to
check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day, you are free at leisure to enjoy the
nightlife of Siem Reap. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 2: Siem Riep – Angkor Complex (B/../..)
In the morning, we will visit the
ancient city of Angkor Thom: included South Gate of Angkor Thom with its
majestic doors, Bayon Temple, Baphuon, Terrace of the Elephant and the Terrace
of Leper King and Ta Prohm temple which is a wonderful combination of human
genius and natural beauty. The Giant trees have grown there for centuries. In
the afternoon, we continue to visit Angkor Wat - the 7th World Heritage Wonder.
The founder was Suryavarman II who reigned in Cambodia from 1113 to 1152 and
built the five towers in the 12th century. After that, we drive onward to visit
sunset at Pre Rup temple, Rest of the day, you are free at leisure to enjoy the
nightlife of Siem Reap. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 3: Siem Riep – Angkor Complex (B/../..)
After breakfast at hotel, we
drive beyond the Angkor Complex through the Preah Dark village to the
intricately carved and well-preserved Banteay Srey temple. Afterward, we go on
to visit the Kbal Spean. We trek about 45 minutes through the forest to the top
of the hill to reach Kbal Spean, the "Thousand Linga River. We will discover
the 10th-12th century sculptures chiseled into the rocky riverbed, the Royal Bath
and the waterfall. Leaving here, we will return to the rural village of Preah
Dark to enjoy the Cambodian life and the friendly locals who greet you along
the way. You will take a short rest and continue to visit the house built on
stilt and made of wood. The tour guide will give you a real taste of Khmer
rural life. You will enjoy a Fantastic ox-cart ridding experience through local
villages, past rice paddies and herds of cows or buffalo, school village before
reach the lonely temple of Banteay Samré. Rest of the day, you are free at
leisure to enjoy the nightlife of Siem Reap. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.
Day 4: Departure Siem Riep (B/../..)
After breakfast at the hotel, we
drive down to Tonle Sap the Great Lake of Cambodia. We will board a boat and
discover the Chong Kneas floating village.
We will see floating houses, farms, schools, shops and even a floating
hospital. Afterward, we return to Siem Reap to visit old market where you can
see the fresh local produce being sold as well as browse the souvenir stalls
and the French colonial building near by the market. We go on to visit the
Artisans d’Angkor and wood carving workshops where the artisans are taught to
use traditional Khmer techniques. In the afternoon, we continue to visit the
Rolous Group temples. These temples are 11 Kilometers (6.8 miles) southeast of
the Siem Reap. Upon reaching Rolous, we have plenty of time to explore the
three temples of this area (Bakong, Lolei and Preah Ko). Rest of the day, you
are free at leisure until transfer to airport for your departure flight. End of
our services.
