HANOI –BAT TRANG FULL DAY BIKING

Highlight: The Red River Delta (Vietnamese: Đồng Bằng Sông Hồng) is the flat plain formed by the Red River and its dis tributaries joining in the Thai Binh River in northern Vietnam. The delta measuring some 15,000 square km is well protected by a network of dikes. It is an agriculturally rich area and densely populated. Most of the land is devoted to rice cultivation. As the capital of Vietnam for almost a thousand years, Ha Noi is considered to be the cultural center of Vietnam, where every dynasty has left behind their imprint. Even though some relics have not survived through wars and time,the city still has many interesting cultural and historic monuments for visitors and residents alike. Even when the nation's capital moved to Hue under the Nguyen dynasty in 1802, the city of Hanoi continued to flourish, especially after the French took control in 1888 and modeled the city's architecture to their tastes, lending an important aesthetic to the city's rich stylistic heritage. The city boasts more than 1,000 years of history, and that of the past few hundred years has been well preserved.

Detail Itinerary:

It usually takes one-day tour, start in the morning in Ha Noi with bike and all gears. Driving to Bat Trang pottery village, cycling around village, meeting a craftsman in workshop.

He will show you know how to make pottery and then you can be make by yourself . Few hours here, then we continue cycling from Bat Trang to Dong ho picture village cross beautiful rice field of Red river delta.

Arrival Dong Ho where people make block printing picture. Visit Mr CHE's house, the craftsman recognize by state with name “Golden hand man”.

We have lunch here in his family (local lunch). Until 2h30 pm we cycling 8 km more from Dong Ho to ButThap Pagoda one of the largest pagoda in the Northern Viet Nam now. An hour visiting here and load the bike up the van, drive back to Ha Noi.
