Day 1: Hanoi - Cuc Phuong National Park. ( L / D )

Pick-up at your hotel at 8:00 am, then transfer in about 110 km on a good road by mini-van to Ninh Binh. Arrival Cuc Phuong National Park after about 2,5 hrs. We will firstly visit the Rescue Center to see and learn about many different endangered species, next is our lunch before we enjoy some short trek in the National Park for sightseeing. Back to the Park Centre in the late afternoon and check-in bungalow. Dinner and walk around the center. Later fall asleep by enjoying your natural surrounding with all your senses.

Day 2: Cuc Phuong - Van Long – Hanoi. ( B / L )

Breakfast at the restaurant near the bungalow, free to enjoy some morning walk around here before we drive to the gate to visit Botanical garden to learn more of fauna and flora in this oldest forest of Vietnam. Then transferring out onto Ninh Binh town and to Van Long- nature reserve. Here we will take a local boat row, riding along a small stream and the rice paddies through and through some caves of limestone about 1,5 hrs. Then we will get a rest at a local restaurant next to Van Long pier to have lunch. After lunch, transfer back to Hanoi, tour ends at your hotel by around 4.00 pm.

Inclusion:

 Why travel to Van Long? Why not Tam Coc ?

- Van Long is more like Tam Coc  but this place is a nature reserve area,

- The limestone kast area less traveled,

- Tam Coc is nice but you might face the hassle from the boat rowers

What To Bring:

 Passport, change of clothes, sun-glasses & hat, toiletries, sun-block, insect repellent, flashlights, good shoes, personal first aid kit & medicines, small VND notes for buying drinks. If you feel the need then cable lock for your bags is recommended.
