Mr. Tuan is choosing one of the candidates that applied to the hotel. These candidates usually have lived in Russia for years or graduated from Russian faculty of Da Nang Foreign Language University. From now to October 2012, there will be frequently Russian visitors, by the regular flights, staying in the hotel from 3 to 7 days. In the future, there will be more and more russians visit to Da Nang therefore employing russian-using staffs in hotels becomes extremely necessary.
