With the right direction in the development of a sustainable community tourism Men village has not only become a great tourist destinations but also been able to preserve and to bring into play the traditional cultural identity. If previously, women weaved, embroidered just for families use, now that they also serve the needs of the tourists. Brocade products are usually pieces of cloth, pieu scarves or bags embroidered with the words "Tho Cam Ban Men Ky Niem" (Souvenir of Men village Brocade) to promote the culture to visitors. Along with weaving, brocade embroidery, Thai Den people still preserve the traditional architecture of the stilts house that formed their own practices in daily life as well as daily labor.  Men village woman with weaver

The stilts houses are usually set up with backs leant on the hills and mountains, front to the rivers, streams or fields, to the principle 'Son Chau Thuy Tu" (attend mountain, water gathering). The house are usually made of good wood, bamboo tubes and reed with four tile roofs. Roofs of the two gables of a house are in turtle shell dome architecture. In particular, on each column at both ends of a house are two wooden bars in X-shaped called "Khau Cut" with the decorative of trees, crescent moon.. to stop the wind as well as to have the religious worship of the moon God and the buffalo God. The upper part of a stilts house is used for the activities of the host family and guests, ground part is for the weavers, farming utensils, timber, firewood.. To ensure the stilts houses qualified for tourists, villagers have built new parts such as toilets, water tanks.. as well as a cultural house with traditional architecture to serve for community activities. Besides, to make an impression on visitors, Men villagers have founded a culinary team of 10 persons who are skilled in food processing and a performance team of 15 people who have beautiful, inspiring singing voice and beautiful dances.
