Mrs. Peeyada Prasutsaengchan has visited to Vietnam for the first time and right in the water areas of the Mekong delta River, especially on the occasion of starting the rainy season so that she was very impressed by this area, particularly on the floating market. The floating market at the 5 crossing-rivers in Soc Trang has brought the opportunity to communicate with people from many different regions, with many interesting activities such as the exchanges, buying and selling fruit and other items of daily life pleasantly on the river! The rainy season brings the fruits to the fields and gardens and the green color that makes the Mekong Delta River a "green dragon" of Vietnam.

To develop tourism here most effectively, in Thailand's experience, the most important thing is to educate the consciousness of the local people and the visitors to recognize the value of the resources in the region. They are responsible for the protection of these valuable resources, for development of the sustainable tourism; With the potential and the huge advantages, in the future, Mekong Delta River will really be one of the tourist destinations with full of fascinating discoveries to the tourists.
